Personal Health Record (PHR) is a proposed application, which creates and manages patient health/ medical records and allow access at anytime from anywhere. PHR are broadly considered as means by which an individual’s personal health information can be collected, stored, and used for diverse health management purposes. It is an electronic record of an individual inEthiopia, which provides identifiable health information that can be drawn from multiple sources.
