This system under the single-party leadership is a political system that is adapted to China's transition from traditional society to modern society. It is also adjustable with the process of modernization. Its successful implementation lies in that it is what the Communist Party of China, the People’s Liberation Army of China, and the Chinese people expect. Its improvement and optimization rely on enhancing the people's right to speak and influence in the election of cadres, i.e., letting the people decide the cadres.
