<p>Organizational culture (OC) has become a central component of the working environments and the lives of the workforce in modern-day workplaces. The effects that OC has on the well- being of employees cannot be emphasised since this is a pillar to a conducive and prosperous working environment. OC also affects the attitudes, behaviours, and experiences of the employees and has impact on their satisfaction, engagement, and quality of life. Entering the positive organisational culture can potentially increase morale, motivation of the employees and resilience, which in turn leads to enhanced job satisfaction, reduction in stress level, and improved outcome in terms of mental health. On the other hand, a poor or even a poisonous culture may create disengagement, burnout and even physical and mental health issues on the employees. A positive organisational culture should also be identified and nurtured to enhance the wellbeing of the employees in order to promote productivity and eventual organisational success in the long run. So the literature review method was applied in the paper to look into the implications of organisational culture on employee well being.</p>
