<p>Career development guidance for students and early-career professionals is often fragmented, focusing on discrete skills such as resume writing, interviewing, and networking. Although established career theories provide valuable explanatory insights, their practical application remains limited. This paper introduces the Majani Career Mapping Framework (MCMF), a conceptual, practice-oriented model integrating six career development theories into seven interacting domains: Self-Discovery, Vision, Career Capital, Strategic Relationships, Visibility, Adaptability, and Impact. Rather than viewing career development as a linear progression, MCMF conceptualizes it as a cyclical process in which individuals continuously revisit self-discovery while building on accumulated capital, relationships, and purpose. The framework provides a practical structure for mentors, career practitioners, and higher education institutions. The paper presents its theoretical foundations, domains, application through a case narrative, and implications for practice and research, including future empirical validation.</p>
