Background: The Cesarean Section rate has increased from 12% in 2000 to 21% in 2015. WHO has recommended a rate between 10% and 15% and introduced The Robson's criteria in the year 2015 as a standardized approach to determine the rate and indications of Cesarean section. To understand this and to implement effective measures to reduce cesarean section rates, WHO issued Robson’s implementation manual to monitor and compare cesarean section rates in the same setting over time and among different settings. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study of 5744 women delivering in the Obstetric Department of S.N. Medical College, Agra from April 1st through March 31st, 2020.In this study, demographic data, parity, obstetric history, fetal lie, fetal presentation, gestational age, and number of newborns for each woman were collected, grouped using a flowchart, and categorized into 10 groups. In accordance with recommendations from WHO, data were reported using "Robson's classification Report Table" and quality of data, types of population, and the CS rates were analyzed.
