<p>Aims: To study the risks of developing ABO-hemolytic disease in the presence of additional factors from obstetric and somatic pathologies. Material and methods: A retrospective clinical and statistical analysis of 10740 birth histories for the period 2008-2019 in maternity complex of 2 clinics of the Tashkent Medical Academy; 2008- 2019. Results: Perinatal mortality in the group with ABO immunization who did not receive treatment was ten times more likely than in the group without immunization (3.3 and 33.3%, respectively).</p>
