<abstract><p>Introduction -Leptospirosis is a Zoonosis with varied clinical manifestations. It is very rare in pregnancy and Puerperium. Here we are reporting a case of Leptospirosis in Puerperium, manifested post LSCS, managed conservatively and patient recovered well.</p></abstract>

<p>Leptospirosis is a Zoonosis with varied clinical manifestations. It is very rare in pregnancy and Puerperium. Here we are reporting a case of Leptospirosis in Puerperium, manifested post LSCS, managed conservatively and patient recovered well.</p>
