The study stakeholder satisfaction and corporate performance in emerging economy was conducted with aim of finding out the effect of community development costs, cost of donations, and employees development costs on earing per share of deposit money banks in Nigeria. The study employed the ex-post-facto research design and data was sourced from the annual accounts of DMB in our study and multiple regression was used to test the hypotheses of the study. A significant outcome indicated that community development costs has a significant and positive effect on earnings per share while the cost of donations and employee’s development costs have insignificant effect of earnings per share of the DMB in Nigeria. The study recommended that corporate organizations should consider the stakeholders in their management decision as their perception affect the profitability.
