Abstract

The article analyzes the phenomenon of the “human factor”. As a result of the analysis, one of the tasks defined in the interests of solving the problem of managing the “human factor” is determined-the need to assess the impact of the “personality factor” of the operator participating in the management of the ergatic system on the safety of this system. In order to solve this problem, a method of formalizing the personality factor in an ergatic system is being developed.
