Determining Factors of Influence on Efficiency of Management of Administrative and Managing Personnel of Enterprises and Organizations
A qualitatively new level of development of industrial relations in the modern market conditions of management requires the adequate use of innovative management technologies. The emergence of new socio-economic relations in a globalized economy requires another methodological substantiation of the methods of effective influence, first of all, on the work of administrative and managerial personnel of enterprises and organizations. Such an impact on improving the efficiency of management of both administrative and managerial personnel of enterprises and personnel in general is carried out by economic, social and institutional factors.
