Abstract

Countries and governments around the world have different rules and regulation in engaging with the way businesses are operated, sometimes it depends on the culture of the country in how businesses are run. This research demonstrates two different countries in two different continents, Southeast Asia where Malaysia is located and North America where United States of America is situated. In addition, this research will be comparing these two countries’ culture, race and gender in the workforce.
