Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may reinstate the content unless the complainant files a court action to prevent its restoration.

Submitting a DMCA takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content available through our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice that includes all of the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work
2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material
3. Your contact information
4. Statements required by law
5. Signature

Counter notification procedure

If your content has been removed or access has been disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe that this removal or disabling is the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.
Your counter notification must include all of the following:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled (for example URL, article title, journal name, DOI).

Action following a counter notification

When Global Journals® receives a valid counter notification, we will:

Unless our internal policies, applicable law, or a court order dictate otherwise, access to the removed material may be restored within a reasonable period after receipt of a valid counter notification, typically not less than 10 business days, provided that we have not been notified that a legal action has been filed.
Global Journals® is not required to restore content in every case and may choose not to do so in circumstances such as repeated infringement, unresolved legal disputes, or other serious concerns.

Repeat infringers and misuse of copyright procedures
