The calcifying odontogenic cyst (COC) accounts for about 1% of all the jaw cysts, found most commonly within the bone. The lesion shows extreme diversity in its clinical, radiological and histopathological features as well as in its biological behavior. In addition, the calcifying odontogenic cyst may be associated with other odontogenic tumors, most commonly odontoma. Calcifying odontogenic cyst associated with Ameloblastoma and Adenomatoid Odontogenic Tumor has also been reported 1 . Here we present a case of a 29 year old male patient with a large COC associated with an impacted 38 and involving the left body and angle of mandible with diverse clinical and radiological appearance.
