The economic theory has not been developed an idea that stablished the way in that the fluctuation of the economy are absorbed by the labour market. Instead, the empirical research has established several ways by which the work factor internalize the economic performance of the country. This research, by a metodology of cointegration find evidence, although in some cases is preliminar, to conclude that the labour market absorbs the economic performance by the employment, while the wages are in function of the pressure of the labor market and the inflation.
