Assessment of Knowledge, Attitude and Practices Regarding Life Style Modification among Type 2Diabetic Mellitus Patients Attending Adama Hospital Medical College, Oromia Region, Ethiopia
Background: The person with diabetes mellitus has a chronic lifelong disease, the person must be knowledgeable to coordinate life style modification in to a daily routine of work to achieve and maintain normal physiological blood glucose level. The objective of this study was to determine the knowledge, attitude and practices of LSM management of type 2 diabetic patients in Adama Medical college Hospital. Methodology: Across-sectional study was conducted to assess knowledge, attitude and practice of type 2 diabetic patients towards LSM management of DM in Adama Medical College Hospital. Data was cleaned and analysed by using SPSS version 16.0 and presented descriptively and analytically.
