Dr. Seaar Al-Dabooni, PhD

Seaar Al-Dabooni is a PhD holder and IEEE member affiliated with IEEE - The world's largest technical professional organization dedicated to engineering and technology. He has roles including lecturer in University of Basra for Gas and Oil - College of Oil and Gas Engineering, and involvement with Applied Computational Intelligence Laboratory. He is also associated with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) in the United States.
