The Dangers of Global Law and the Duties of the State
The article deals with global law and the duties of the State. Transnational legal production is a current and challenging phenomenon. If it brings benefits, it can bring dangers, especially to States, requiring behavior consistent with the current situation. The article questions what are the dangers of global law and what duties do States have in this context. The general objective is to identify the dangers arising from global law and to verify what are the duties of States within a scenario of transnational legal production. Among the specific objectives, the first one, addressed in the first topic, is to study what global law is. Then, in the second topic, the problems arising from the idea of ​​global law is identified. Finally, in the final part, it is verified what are the duties of the States in this context. It was possible to conclude that it is the duty of the States to have an active posture in this process of transnational legal production, acting in the regulation and control of this legal production so that the dangers arising from it do not materialize in the reality of society. The study was developed from a bibliographic research, under the hypothetical-deductive method. KEYWORDS: Global law. Democracy. Duties. State.
Transnational Governance and the Reduction of Inequality within and between Countries
The object under discussion is transnational governance as a tool for identifying and reducing inequality, in accordance with Sustainable Development Goal 10, which aims to reduce inequality within and among countries. The overall objective is to analyze to what extent transnational governance can contribute to the identification of vulnerable groups and, as a consequence, to enable transnational actors to cooperatively design actions to reduce inequality among peoples. Transnational governance can be understood as the reordering processes that the world has been going through, where various relations between the local and the global evolve at the same time, within and across borders. It was found that it is possible to point out that transnational governance aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals can indeed be considered an effective tool for reducing inequalities, both internally within and between countries, and that it can guarantee equity, justice, and uniformity for individuals who have equal rights and opportunities. The methodology is based on a qualitative and quantitative approach, and can also be classified, according to its objectives, as descriptive and prescriptive. The research technique will be bibliographic analysis.

The State and the Business Activity have a relationship of Interdependence. That holds the punitive and regulatory power, this, the economic. The achievement of the global Sustainability goal implies harmony between the actors for joint policies. In view of this, it aims to demonstrate the participation of the business sector to achieve this objective, through socio-environmental management - with the organization or business financially viable, fair to the Company and endowed with environmental responsibility. To do so, the relationship between the human being and the environment is first analyzed in order to identify the consequences of human performance over time. Subsequently, the application of Sustainability as a concept to the application of management policies for the business sector is studied, considering the awareness developed about the existence of a Risk Society, as well as, the possibility of benefits arising from this management model. The method used was inductive.
