English Editing

  Correction of basic language errors, typos, subject-verb agreement, punctuation, capitalization, to achieve linguistic accuracy.
• Sentence Structure & Style : Improve sentence flow, coherence, clarity, and readability by refining phrasing, breaking up long sentences, and smoothing transitions.
• Consistency & Terminology : Harmonize usage of technical terms, abbreviations, units, naming conventions, and throughout the manuscript maintain consistency (e.g. tense, voice, capitalization).
• Clarity, Logic & Flow : Assess and suggest reorganization or rewriting to clarify logic, strengthen argument progression, remove redundancies, and tighten narrative.
• Formatting & Manuscript Readiness : Minor formatting adjustments to match typical journal expectations (e.g. heading styles, references formatting, layout of tables & figures). Ensure the manuscript is submission-ready.

• Assignment to an Editor : Your manuscript is assigned to a native English–speaking editor with expertise in your subject area.
• Editing Process : The editor reviews, revises, and records changes. They may leave comments or suggestions where substantive rewriting is recommended.
