Gaurav Singhal is a dedicated researcher at the University of Adelaide, where he is currently pursuing a PhD in Medicine, building on a Master of Tropical Veterinary Sciences. His work bridges neuroimmunology and reproductive immunology, with a particular focus on the immunobiology of spermatozoa and the immunogenicity of testicular and epididymal sperm. Dr. Singhal has contributed to 26 publications that have collectively garnered over 1,570 citations, reflecting an h-index of 14 and an i10-index of 17. In addition to his academic pursuits, he serves as a Scientist I in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, bringing a global perspective to his research. An active reviewer for the Global Journal of Medical Research, he continues to shape the field through his insights on cancer immunology, neuroimmunology, and immunopathogenesis.

Immunogenicity of Testicular and Epididymal Spermatozoa
Problem: The sequential changes in the immunogenicity of spermatozoa in male reproductive tract and the effect of seminal vesicle secretions are long thought to act as central players in influencing immunological equilibrium in the male reproductive tract. Method of Study: Popliteal lymph nodes of mice were collected on the 8th day after sensitizing them with the testicular and epididymal spermatozoa of boar, weighed, dissociated into a cell suspension and the white blood cells were counted using haemocytometer.
