Asim Gokhan Yetgin

Bio

Asim Gokhan Yetgin is an Assistant Professor affiliated with Dumlupınar Üniversitesi in Turkey. He specializes in the design, modelling, and simulation of electrical machinery, with a focus on finite element methods, energy saving, and optimization. His research contributions include investigations into stator winding turn influence on squirrel cage induction motor performance and energy efficiency, as well as new designs to reduce rotor reaction for skewed slits. He has also worked on induction motor parameter estimation using metaheuristic methods. Dr. Yetgin serves as a reviewer for several journals and has published multiple papers both internationally and nationally.
