Dr. Sangeeta Kakoty is a Deputy Director-Multimedia at Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University in Guwahati, Assam. With a PhD in Data Mining and Expert Systems, she has published 13 international and 3 national papers. She has served as a peer reviewer for IEEE Access and the Indian Journal of Science and Technology, and has supervised 4 scholars. Her research interests span computer communication networks, special-purpose systems, programming techniques, and artificial intelligence.
