Bio
Dr. Dinesh Jackson Samuel is a distinguished researcher and academic whose career spans multiple continents and disciplines. He earned his Ph.D. in School of Computing Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) in 2019, following a Master of Engineering (2013) and Bachelor of Engineering (2010) in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University Chennai. His academic journey began as a Research Associate at VIT's School of Computing Science and Engineering, where he contributed to the field from 2014 to 2019. He then expanded his horizons internationally, serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Oxford Brookes University in the UK (2019–2021) and as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Iowa (2021–2024). Currently, Dr. Jackson Samuel is affiliated with Pittsburg State University in the US. His research interests are broad and impactful, spanning artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, biomedical imaging, IoT big data, and deep learning. He has authored notable works including 'Detection of Flood Disaster System Based on Iot Big Data and Convolutional Deep Neural Network' and 'Cybernetic Microbial Detection System Using Transfer Learning.'
