Dr. Jinhee Kim is an emerging scholar in the field of education, with a focus on the intersection of technology, mobile learning, and sustainable development. She earned her PhD in Education from Seoul National University in 2022, following an MA in International Education and Development from the University of Sussex in 2015. Dr. Kim's research has been recognized internationally, with over 280 publications and more than 3,600 citations, reflecting her significant contributions to educational technology and development. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of STEM Education and Professional Studies at Dominion University College in Norfolk, Virginia, USA, a position she has held since 2023. Prior to this, she held academic roles at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (Suzhou, China) and Old Dominion University, and gained valuable experience at organizations such as UNESCO International Bureau of Education, APEC e-Learning training center, and Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica. Her work, exemplified by the paper 'Voices of Youth in Reconceptualising and Repositioning the Role of Mobile Learning for Sustainable Development,' highlights her commitment to youth-centered, sustainable educational practices. With an h-index of 29 and an i10-index of 53, Dr. Kim continues to shape the discourse on mobile learning and global education.
