Jocelyn L. Absolor

Jocelyn L. Absolor is a Professor III at Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College in the Philippines. She holds a PhD in English and Educational Administration, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational leadership and language instruction. With eight international publications to her name, she has contributed significantly to the field of pedagogy, particularly in understanding the pedagogical knowledge of pre-service teachers. Her work includes a notable paper titled 'Pedagogical Knowledge of the Pre-Service Teachers of Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College: A Framework for Intervention Plan.' Dr. Absolor has also served as a peer reviewer for the Global Journal of Computer Science and Technology (GJCST) and has mentored five scholars while leading three research projects. Her expertise in educational administration and English education continues to shape the training of future educators in the Philippines.
