Bio
Luciane de Paula is a Professor at the Department of Linguistic, Literary and Education Studies at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), FCL/Assis, and a faculty member of the Postgraduate Program in Linguistics and Portuguese Language at UNESP, FCL/Araraquara. She earned her PhD in Linguistics from UNESP (2007), with a postdoctoral fellowship at Université François Rabelais – Tours (2011). Her research is deeply rooted in Dialogic Discourse Analysis, particularly the philosophy of language of the Bakhtin Circle, exploring the verbivocovisual dimensions of discourse, language, and ideology. She has authored over 80 publications and has an h-index of 8. As the leader of the Grupo de Estudos Discursivos (GED), she coordinates multiple research projects and collaborates internationally. Professor de Paula is also an active member of several academic societies, including ANPOLL, ALFAL, ABRALIN, and the Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência. Her work bridges linguistics, literature, and education, with a special focus on the interplay of verbal, vocal, and visual elements in cultural texts.

The Verbivocovisual Architecture of the Stage La Conversione Di Un Cavallo
This article reflects on the verbivocovisual architectural construction of the staging of Caravaggio's works in Tableaux Vivants, carried out by Companhia Ludovica Rambelli Teatro. The video that makes up the corpus is the recording of the staging, composed of 13 paintings by the Baroque painter, revealed by the canonical technique of the theater that semiotizes, through actors-models-characters, the montage of scenes that transform into live painting. The objective is to analyze the syncretic process of aesthetic construction from the interrelationship between art and life, through the work with verbal-sound-visual languages, in evaluative potential, as a unit of enunciative meaning. The foundation of the study is anchored in the Bakhtinian philosophy's conceptions of language, utterance and dialogue, as well as in the notion of verbivocovisuality, as understood by Paula & Luciano, based on the Circle's studies. This research is relevant for dealing with the concepts of language, art, human and society.
