Mark Van M. Buladaco is an Instructor I at the Institute of Information Technology, Davao del Norte State College in the Philippines. With a Master in Information Technology from the University of the Immaculate Conception and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Southeastern Philippines, he has built a career in academia and research. He previously served as Program Head at Mindanao Kokusai Daigaku. His research interests span programming techniques, software engineering, database management, artificial intelligence, and information systems. He has published works including 'Network Management and Design for an Animation and Creative Studio' and 'Sentiments Analysis on Public Land Transport Infrastructure in Davao Region Using Machine Learning Algorithms.' With 34 publications, 51 citations, an h-index of 4, and an i10-index of 1, he actively contributes to the field. He also serves as a reviewer for the Global Journal of Computer Science and Technology.
