Dr. Lakshmi Sridhar Movva is a distinguished academic and industry professional with over 20 years of IT experience. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Distributed Agile and is a certified SaFe Agilist, Scrum Master, and PSPO. Currently working as a Digital Product Owner, she also serves as a reviewer for the Global Journal of Computer Science and Technology (GJCST). Her research focuses on distributed agile development practices, particularly building trust in teams through effective communication. She is affiliated with Faculdade Independente Do Nordeste Fainor in Brazil and resides in Helsingborg, Sweden.
