Dr. Mohammad Reza Noruzi is a researcher and academic affiliated with Islamic Azad University, Universidad de Guadalajara, and Tarbiat Modares University, where he is a PhD candidate in Business and Management. His research focuses on local governance, regional development, quality service, and the influence of Islamic culture on entrepreneurship, particularly in Iran and other Muslim countries. He has authored several papers on these topics and serves as a reviewer for academic journals.
