Conference on Open Access Publishing Opportunities.

What Is Open Access?

Open access fuels a more collaborative, inclusive, and transparent scholarly world. We believe knowledge should not be confined by paywalls, instead, it should be shared freely and built upon to drive meaningful progress. At Global Journals®, we are committed daily to making new insights more accessible to researchers, institutions, and the public.

When reading open access with us:

Why Publish Open Access with Global Journals®

Wider reach and impact
Your work is accessible to readers across the world immediately, including in regions with limited access to subscription journals.
Citation advantage
Studies from leading OA publishers show that open access articles often receive higher downloads and citations than non-OA counterparts.
Compliance with funders and institutions
Many grants and institutions now require or strongly encourage OA publication. Our options make it easier to meet these mandates.
Equity in access
OA removes financial barriers to reading, benefiting students, scholars, practitioners, and public stakeholders.
Same rigorous standards

Open access does not mean lower quality. All articles undergo the same peer review, editorial checks, and ethical scrutiny as non-OA submissions.

OA Publishing Models / Routes

Route
Description
0.1
Gold Open Access
The article is published OA at acceptance, under a Creative Commons license, with all reuse rights clearly defined.
0.2
Hybrid Open Access
In journals offering both subscription and OA options, authors may choose to make their article OA by paying the associated fee.
0.3
Green Open Access (Self-Archiving)
Authors may deposit certain versions (e.g., accepted manuscript) in institutional or subject repositories, subject to embargo or license terms, as permitted by journal policy.
0.4
Transformative / Read-and-Publish Agreements

Institutions may partner with us through agreements that allow affiliated authors to publish OA without separate payment, while also securing reading access.

Licensing & Reuse

When publishing OA with us:

Authors select a Creative Commons license (e.g. CC BY, CC BY-NC) that determines permitted reuse, adaptation, and distribution.
We clearly communicate the license under which each article is published, so readers and users understand reuse rights.

If third-party content (figures, data) is included, reuse must respect original permission and license conditions.

Benefits of Open Access

Detailed Open Access FAQ / Policy (for authors)

Open Access (OA) means that articles are freely and immediately available online at the time of publication, with no subscription or paywall restrictions. Users can read, download, and reuse content according to the license under which the article is published.

We offer standard Creative Commons licenses, such as:
If you include third-party material (figures, data) in your article, you must ensure the license or permission allows reuse or note any restrictions clearly.
An Article Processing Charge (APC) covers costs of peer review coordination, editing, typesetting, hosting, archiving, and dissemination.
No. Submission, peer review, and acceptance are independent of payment. Publishing integrity is paramount. APC payment is only required once the manuscript is accepted and final agreement processes completed.
In some cases, yes. If the journal allows retrospective OA, you may pay an APC to convert an existing published article to open access. Please contact our editorial team for eligibility and process.
Yes, subject to the journal’s self-archiving policy:
