Determination of Pesticides in Environmental Samples
This is an approach to determine the residual amounts of pesticides with various activities present in environmental samples by applying electro chemical technique adsorptive stripping voltammetry. Average amounts for ten replicates founded by using carbon nano tubes paste electrodes as working electrodes. statistical concepts such as standard deviation and correlation coefficient and in all the findings in this approach all the possible errors are minimised and accuracy is maximised. Water samples of various areas are collected and investigated for pesticide residues before and after the application of pesticides.
Signifficance of Mathematical Equations in Electroanalytical Techniques
Importance of mathematical equations was discussed in this effort. Mathematical formulae calculated instrumental out puts and experimental out comes from various electro analytical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, stripping voltammetry and controlled potential electrolysis are mentioned in this study. In addition to that statistical equations used in estimations and determinations carried by standard addition method and differential methods also discussed.
Reduction Electrode Mechanism of Pesticides Having Different Electro Active Centres at Carbon Nano Tubes Paste Electrode
Electrochemical behaveour and schme of reduction at electrode of pesticides having different electro active groups to be reduced that is azomethine and double bond carbons at carbon nano tubes paste electrode Using universal buffer as supporting electrolyte and techniques cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry, milliccoulometry have been studied. All investigatios was made from water samples. The average recoveries obtained for two samples ranged from 97.00% to 99.46%
