Blockchain and Blackboard Technology
Abstract—Blockchain is transaction process which minimize transaction and data items of data sets that are encrypted transferred data items with secure data. It is peer to peer technology. The Blockchain is transaction flow or series of transactions. Blackboard technology is used transaction store and retrieve independently. In This paper, Blockchain and blackboard technology is combined for transaction processing. The communication cost and retriall cost will be reduced using Blockchain and Blackboard technology.
Fuzzy Reinforcement Learning using Neural Network: An Application to Medical Diagnosis and Business Intelligence
The information available to the system is incomplete in many applications, particularly in Decision Support Systems. The fuzzy logic deals incomplete information with belief rather than likelihood (probability). Sometimes the decision has to be taken with fuzzy information. In this paper, fuzzy machine learning is studied for decision support systems. The fuzzy Decision set is defined with two-fold fuzzy set. The fuzzy inference is studied with fuzzy neural network for fuzzy Decision sets. Business application is given as application.
Green Computing using Perl and Python
Green computing or clean computing is necessary for Software Engineering. Perl and Python are important programming languages for green computing. Perl is regular language. Perl is mainly used for server-side programming because it is a regular language. It a portable and green programming language. It can be used as object-oriented (OO) or non objectoriented (Non-O-O) programming language. Python is preprocessor. It is a portable language for software engineering. It has an import feature for Green computing.
