A Context-Based Information Refinding System-A Review

Article December 20, 2014

In recent technological development people are experiencing unprecedentedly data explosion, reading, writing, and collecting different kinds of information from local computer and the global Web. As such most of the times during web search peoples revisit information that have ever been come across occasionally or intentionally. But in most of the cased users do not know enough information, while refinding is a more directed process as users have already seen the information before. A general way to support information refinding is to maintain access logs, recording what users have ever seen based on their revisit frequencies. This survey paper gives the different techniques for context based information refinding systems with intent to give the direction of the my project work with improved context based information refinding system.

Implementation of FPR for Safe and Secured Internet Banking

Article February 3, 2014

In this paper, we present an enhanced approach for fingerprint segmentation based on Canny edge detection technique and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The performance of the algorithm has been evaluated interms of decision error trade-off curve so fan over all verification system. Experimental results demonstrate the robustness of the system.

A Spatial Domain Image Steganography Technique Based on Plane Bit Substitution Method

Article January 5, 2013

Steganography is the art and science of hiding information by embedding data into cover media. In this paper we propose a new method of information hiding in digital image in spatial domain. In this method we use Plane Bit Substitution Method (PBSM) technique in which message bits are embedded into the pixel value(s) of an image. We first, proposed a Steganography transformation machine (STM) for solving Binary operation for manipulation of original image with help to least significant bit (LSB) operator based matching. Second, we use pixel encryption and decryption techniques under theoretical and experimental evolution. Our experimental, techniques are sufficient to discriminate analysis of stego and cover image as each pixel based PBSM, and operand with LSB.

A Robust Online Method for Face Recognition under Illumination Invariant Conditions

Article October 22, 2012

In case of incremental inputs to an online face recognition with illumination invariant face samples which maximize the class-separation criterion but also incorporates the asymmetrical property of training data distributions. In this paper we alleviate this problem with an incremental learning algorithm to effectively adjust a boosted strong classifier with domain-partitioning weak hypotheses to online samples, which adopts a novel approach to efficient estimation of training losses received from offline samples. An illumination invariant face representation is obtained by extracting local binary pattern (LBP) features NIR images. The Ada-boost procedure is used to learn a powerful face recognition engine based on the invariant representation. We use Incremental linear discriminant analysis (ILDA), in case of sparse function for active near infrared (NIR) imaging system that is able to produce face images of good condition regardless of visible lights in the environment accuracy by changes in environmental illumination The experiments show convincing results of our incremental method on challenging face detection in extreme illuminations.

A Minutia Based Fingerprint Recognition a A survey Paper

Article January 1, 1970

Today, because of the vulnerability of standard authentication system, law-breaking has accumulated within the past few years. Identity authentication that relies on biometric feature like face, iris, voice, hand pure mathematics, handwriting, retina, fingerprints will considerably decrease the fraud. so that they square measure being replaced by identity verification mechanisms. Among bioscience, fingerprint systems are one amongst most generally researched and used. it\'s fashionable due to their easy accessibility. during this paper we tend to discuss the elaborated study of various gift implementation define strategies together with their comparative measures and result analysis thus as realize a brand new constructive technique for fingerprint recognition.

FPR a Secure and Secured Biometric in Web Banking-Survey

Article January 1, 1970

Today, attributable to the vulnerability of normal authentication system, crime has accumulated among the past few years. Identity authentication in web banking depends on biometric feature like face, iris, voice, hand mathematics, handwriting, retina; fingerprints can significantly decrease the fraud. in order that they unit being replaced by biometric authentication mechanisms. Among natural science, fingerprint systems square measure one among most typically researched and used. Its trendy attributable to their simple accessibility. Throughout this paper we tend to tend to debate the elaborate study of varied finger implementation techniques therefore on determine the problems associated in FPR and outline innovative constructive technique for fingerprint recognition.

Analysis of Cross-Media Web Information Fusion for Text and Image Association- A Survey Paper

Article January 1, 1970

The image comprises of the text- and content-based features. Images can be represented using both text-and content-based features. Web information fusion can be defined as the problem of collating and tracking information related to specific topics on the World Wide Web. But the main concern is image and text association, a cornerstone of crossmedia web information fusion. Two methods have been described .The first method based on vague transformation measures the information similarity between the visual features and the textual features through a set of predefined domainspecific information categories. Another method uses a neural network to learn direct mapping between the visual and textual features by automatically and incrementally summarizing the associated features into a set of information templates. Despite their distinct approaches, our experimental results on a terrorist domain document set show that both methods are capable of learning associations between images and texts from a small training data set. Another method en- compasses a variety of techniques relating to document summarization and text- and content-based image retrieval. The text-based approaches described uti- lize the Unified Medical Language System (UMLS) synonymy to identify concepts in information requests and image-related text in order to re-trieve semantically relevant images. Our image content-based approaches utilize similarity metrics based on computed \visual concepts" and low- level image features to identify visually similar images. The edge model for image and text association detects sharp changes in image brightness and captures important events and changes in properties of the world. This paper discuss about the analysis of the previous work done so that we can suggest an enhanced fusion method for text and Image association.

Analysis of Data Hiding Techniques in Encrypted Images -A Survey

Article January 1, 1970

As the use digital techniques for transmitting and storing images are increasing; it is becoming an important issue how to protect the confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of images. This study paper extends to the performance parameters used in encryption processes and analyzing on their security issues which have been developed and are in practice today.
