Dr. Roheet Bhatnagar

Dr. Roheet Bhatnagar is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT), Sikkim Manipal University, India. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, his research interests span software engineering, soft computing, data mining, and remote sensing. Dr. Bhatnagar has authored several influential papers on early-stage software development effort estimation using fuzzy logic and neural network models. He has also served as an editor and reviewer for the Global Journal of Computer Science and Technology, contributing to over 18 edited papers. His professional journey includes roles as an Associate Professor at SMIT and software development positions at Samsung SDS and Xerox Modicorp. Dr. Bhatnagar is deeply involved in academic leadership, having served as Head of the CSE Department, Alumni Cell Coordinator, and Coordinator of International Affairs.
