Bio
Rosa Leonor Ulloa-Cazarez is a Professor at the Universidad de Guadalajara, affiliated with the Coordinación de Programas Educativos within the Sistema de Universidad Virtual. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Technologies (2016), a Master's in Higher Education Management and Policies (2010), and a Bachelor's in Education in Virtual University (2007), all from the University of Guadalajara. Since 2019, she has been a National Researcher recognized by the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT). Her research spans software engineering, probability and statistics, artificial intelligence, simulation and modeling, social and behavioral sciences, arts and humanities, and computers and education. She has authored notable works on student performance across pre-COVID-19, lockdown, and post-COVID-19 contexts, as well as interpersonal communication in virtual laboratories during the pandemic. With 19 publications, 133 citations, an h-index of 7, and an i10-index of 6, she is an active contributor to the academic community. She also serves as a reviewer for the Global Journal of Computer Science and Technology.
