Impact of Temperature, Wind Flow, Solar Radiation, Skin Effect and Proximity Effect on Overhead Conductor
When a conductor is using in an over head line it has to face the weather surrounding of it .In any aluminium conductor like ACSR or for other conductors the whole conductor is not uniform and that why its current carrying capacity is not only dependent upon ambient temperature but also depends upon wind flow, solar radiation, skin effect, proximity effect etc. Resistance depends upon temperature of conductor and the temperature is affected by those effects. If one of those effects is changed than that impact upon total current carrying capacity of the conductor.
A Comprehensive Analysis of Amount of Liquid in a Horizontally Mounted Right Cylindrical Tank
A cylindrical tank, when it is kept its circular surface downward & upward than the liquid level varies uniformly and the variation of amount of liquid with the height of the tank is linear. It is easy to calculate but the problem arises when the curved surface of the tank is kept as base i.e. the tank is horizontally mounted then the variation of liquid amount along diameter is not linear. Here the height is calculated along the diameter. In most of the industries especially in chemical industries and in heavy vehicles the liquid tank is horizontally mounted. At the present existing liquid an amount of discharge calculation at every instant from height of liquid has been solved using various conditions, algebras and geometrical theorems .
