Abstract

Flicker-Noise Model (FN) that takes into account the non-equilibrium state of studied system is considered. Model eliminates contradiction between concepts and experiments for different systems. Hypothesis of FN generation in non-equilibrium system sensitive to its internal structure is confirmed by computer simulation. Obtained graphic dependences of the power spectral density on the basis of the proposed model coincide with the experimental results
