The solid waste found in the T´orococha riverbed affects the inhabitants that live on its banks. Being important to improve the management services of urban solid waste in the area and create environmental awareness, this research work aims to determine how much an intercultural environmental education plan influences the willingness to pay for the appropriate service in the management and solid waste management, in the sectors affected by the contamination of the T´orococha river of the city of Juliaca, The methodology used is organized based on the determination of the factors influencing the willingness to pay and the cost of disposal to Pay for the proper service of solid waste management and management, for which purpose interviews have been conducted, and surveys in each sector.
