Abstract

In a world increasingly connected with technology and with the growing need for security in all aspects of life, and the need of security in the transport of child in educational establishments is a great challenge. In other areas, the need of security in areas such as hospitals, parking lots, securities transporters, airports, etc. This solution aims to recognize patterns (vehicle plates) and characteristics (facial patterns); one of the main premises of the prototype was the use of free software to create a successful, low cost and easy-to-use solution.
