Presently, there is a growing concern over the issue of the quantity and quality of the student housing provided by Tertiary Education Institutions in Nigeria for their students. This study presents an attempt to investigate the factors influencing the choice of student housing and the level of satisfaction derived by students of the University of Lagos from the student housing provided to them. The study relied on SPSS v. 22 to analyze the data obtained from relevant respondents. The study found that a considerable number of students reside oncampus. Furthermore, results from the data analysis suggest that the availability of on-campus housing is the factor that most influences the students’ choice. The results also indicated that the students of the University of Lagos are neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the student housing provided by the University.
