Abstract

This purpose of this paper is to investigate and scrutinizes the antecedents of organization commitment and its outcomes in the major universities of Islamabad. This study used stratified sampling method sample size consisted of 250 employees of four major Universities of Islamabad (CIIT, MAJU, AIR, Preston). This study used a questionnaire to collect data which comprised of the questions regarding antecedents of organization commitment and its consequences using 5 point Likert scale. A total of 210 valid questionnaires were received with a response rate of 84%. Data was analyzed through different statistical software and tools such as SPSS and AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) for model analysis and Structural equation modeling.
