This study reveals that there exists a gap between investment and achievement. The findings showed the grim picture of the rate of return. Competitive doing, motivating working condition, and cooperative and academic principal make the schools worth. The existing disparity between funding and achievement at Secondary Schools can be bridged up through planning and implementation.
