Abstract

Objetivo – O objetivo do presente estudo é compreender as percepções dos usuários, identificar padrões recorrentes de feedback e analisar dimensões associadas à experiência de uso em aplicativos de mobile banking entre diferentes instituições financeiras, fornecendo evidências empíricas sobre métricas de avaliação desse tipo de solução digital. O estudo analisa 10.000 avaliações de usuários referentes a cinco aplicativos bancários brasileiros disponíveis na Google Play Store. A amostra contempla cinco bancos no Brasil. Metodologia – A estratégia metodológica integra técnicas de análise lexical e estatística aplicadas a um amplo corpus das avaliações de usuários, permitindo identificar padrões semânticos, associações entre termos e estruturas discursivas subjacentes às percepções dos usuários. Resultados – As notas gerais dos aplicativos bancários, superiores à média, indicam que são plataformas intuitivas que oferecem uma experiência segura para os usuários em transações financeiras por dispositivos móveis. Entre as experiências malsucedidas, destacam-se dificuldades de acesso, funcionamento e uso, com ênfase em problemas de senha, e ainda outros como e-mail, contato e atendimento ao cliente.
