This study aimed to investigate the impact of Talent Management on Achieving Organizational Excellence in Arab Potash Company in Jordan, the Talent Management strategies represented by (Recruiting talents, Developing talents, Retention of talents, and Succession strategy or career replacement planning) and Organizational Excellence represented by three dimensions (Leadership excellence, Excellence in service delivery, Excellence in Operations Management). The study population consisted of all managers at different levels working in Arab Potash Company in Jordan, a random simple sample was selected from the study population estimated (223) respondents.
