To test the hypotheses, z-test was used. The findings revealed among others that, the extent to which available instructional resources are utized in the delivery of vocational subjects in secondary schools in Rivers State was low. The use of magnetic boards for teaching and transmission of knowledge to students and projectors for instructional purposes/knowledge transfer were very low. Based on the findings, recommendations were made.
