Abstract

The paper introduced the subject of labour-management relations. It discussed the different types of conflicts, examined their manifestations in an organisation and identified various methods of conflict resolution. The methodology adopted for data collection was based on documented secondary data and the author’s personal views. The results revealed that conflicts in an organisation are necessary for the smooth running of any organisation, making labour-management relation a major plank in an organisation.
