Advanced computer science is very important in applied medicine, we have several publications regarding use of data mining computing technology in many clinical fields, here we will present to our experience in gastroenterology and surgery using data mining in obesity related gastrointestinal motility disorder; (IBS) and surgical bariatric approaches. Obesity is a chronic disease that is increasing in prevalence worldwide, data from United States and those from other countries are indicative of a major international epidemic, a steady and distressing increase worldwide, whatever numbers of large epidemiologic studies have evaluated the relationship be -morbidities. Furthermore; obesity -relatedmorbidities are common diseases affecting population.
