Flexible working conditions have become increasingly important in modern organizations, especially with the growth of remote and hybrid work models. This study examines the impact of flexible working conditions on employee performance and job satisfaction. The research adopts a descriptive research design and uses a data-driven approach to analyze employee perceptions regarding flexible work arrangements. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 150 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using percentage analysis and statistical interpretation. The findings of the study indicate that a majority of employees prefer flexible working arrangements and believe that such practices improve their productivity and job satisfaction. Flexible work options also help employees maintain a better work-life balance and reduce work-related stress. The results further show that organizations that provide flexible working opportunities experience higher levels of employee motivation and engagement. The study concludes that flexible working conditions play a significant role in improving employee performance and overall workplace satisfaction. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to adopt flexible work policies to enhance both employee well-being and organizational productivity.
