This study is the result of design work on concrete tanks that include built-in grids with aquatic plants that help in the natural feeding of fish species. The model was elaborated from an optimal solution directed by the authors in the orientation of group studies. The realization of a will for the execution and construction of concrete tanks (school tank) for the production of fish at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Huambo. It constitutes a huge challenge for contributing to the development of the local economy, as there is a shortage of fish production in aquaculture in concrete tanks in the province of Huambo-Angola. The Province in particular has potential for the production of different species of fish, but due to the lack of public-private investment initiatives, there is a lack of projects that mitigate this demand. After noticing the absence of teaching tanks in the Faculty, the aim was to elaborate viable preliminary projects for the construction of concrete tanks to also help in practical classes.
