The aim of t his study is to present the c onceptual dimensions of experiential marketing and to illustrate these conceptual dimensions with the içmeler facility.It is important for both customers and the içmeler facility to get good service from the facility, to spend and to enjoy time in the desired quality then leave the enterprise satisfied. This study was conducted in order to determine the experiences of the customers and their effects on customer satisfaction. 320 people were reached within the scope of the study. In the questions asked by the questionnaires, 50.3% of the participants were female, 49.6% were male, and the most preferred age range which has visited the facility was 22-27 with % 22.1.In the study, icmelerfacility has preferred for health tourism with an average of 4.29 while with an average of 4.1 the facility has preferred for nature tourism.The experiences are perceptual in this study with in it will be use ful to see which experience comes to the fore front in studies with a wider and different groups in future studies.
