Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of products quality improvement. It is focused on the integrated management of product quality and production efficiency. Foreign experience in standardization (England, Germany, the United States, France, Japan), quality requirements and issues of national significance related to energy-saving, environmental protection, ensuring safety of life, the safety of conditions in the workplace were studied. The characteristics of public and private functions in the system of quality management and recommendations for evaluation of the quality were given. The basic principle of achieving dynamic stability of business was highlighted, oriented on active response and measurement of internal and external risk factors. The conclusion is made that there is a need to identify and use reserves to ensure the competitiveness of manufactured products, the opportunity to improve the quality using breakthrough innovations, and intellectualization that provides the creation of new products that affect the survival of producers and business development.
